Proactive threat monitoring for executive travel planning
Problem
A global multinational, attending a prestigious global event in a non-permissive state, required a pre-travel threat and risk report followed by two weeks of contextualised twice-daily intelligence reports during the conference period.
Response
Toro conducted clear, deep, and dark web research and combined bespoke tools with the client’s risk assessment model to develop a comprehensive pre-travel threat and risk document, executive and travel security briefs, and daily updates prior to travel.
During the conference period Toro provided a dedicated team to provide daily coverage and deliver twice-daily all-source intelligence reports using methods including Toro’s own proprietary online collection tools.
Outcome
Toro’s team were able to identify and contextualise key conference’s themes, allowing the visiting delegation to anticipate discussion topics and prepare responses, based on critically analysed intelligence, prior to roundtables and hub events.
