Role Overview
We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Manager to coordinate and deliver a range of client projects during a period of maternity leave.
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and coordinating assigned projects, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget and to the expected standard. This is a part-time role suited to someone who is comfortable managing several smaller and medium-sized projects simultaneously. The role will work closely with internal teams, clients, contractors and suppliers.
Working Arrangements
This is a part-time role of approximately 24 hours per week. Toro is open to discussing a working pattern that suits both the successful candidate and the requirements of the role.
Some availability during Toro’s core business hours will be required to support client meetings, internal coordination and key project activities. The agreed working pattern should provide sufficient continuity across the week to ensure projects and client queries are managed effectively. The role is expected to last for approximately 10 months as maternity cover. There may be an opportunity to increase working hours temporarily during busy periods, subject to business need and agreement with the successful candidate. Toro operates a remote-first working model, with attendance at occasional client meetings, project activities and Toro team days in London or other UK locations where required.
